The interior – The interior of your car is also important and an area you want to keep in great shape. You want to put up a sun visor in the windshield when you are going to be parked in the sun for a good period of time. You also want to use seat covers on the seats to protect them from damages caused by the sun as well as by people getting in and out of the car. Something as simple as a pencil in someone's pocket can cause a lot of damage to a seat when they go to sit down. The seat covers will also make it easier for you to clean the car because you won't have things going down in the cracks of the seat you can have a hard time vacuuming out.
The motor – Of course, the motor and other working parts of your car are of extreme importance. You want to make sure you always take your car in to have the tune ups and oil changes done on time. You also want to check on all of the fluids yourself, on a regular basis. You should always have fluids kept in your garage for times when you find the car is low, so you can fill them without driving the car to the auto parts store before bringing them up to a healthy level again.
